23 06 2014

#MusicWithoutBarriers, a campaign promoting accessibility to live music for deaf and disabled fans, has launched with the support of musicians including Alt-J, Tom Odell, The Cure and Franz Ferdinand.

The campaign, run by charity Attitude is Everything, aims to encourage more venues and festivals to sign up to the charity's Charter of Best Practice which encourages access and equality. CEO Suzanne Bull commented 'When the right facilities, policies and information are in place, live music can be opened up to the 11 million disabled people living in the UK and transform their lives for the better'.
